LeBlanc Family

The establishment of the Fox Creek Golf Club is above all a family story and that of a dream coming true.

Maurice LeBlanc and his three sons, Denis, Marcel and Michel have spearheaded this ambitious project which has enhanced the urban landscape of Dieppe.

When looking for a site to unload a truckload of dirt from a construction site, businessman Maurice LeBlanc, owner of Advance Construction, learns of the existence a quarry off of Bourque Road. Once on site, Maurice and Marcel are struck with the same idea the area is an ideal location to build a golf course. The dream will soon become reality. It's important to point out that the LeBlancs have always been avid golfers.

In 2000, the LeBlancs purchase their first parcel of land. Development begins in 2002 under the expert guidance of Advance Construction and their sister company, Terramine Development. The LeBlancs surround themselves with Graham Cooke, one of the premier golf course architects in the country. For the LeBlancs, the inclusion of a residential element is imperative during the development stages. In 19 months, 110 residential lots are sold.

The official opening of the Fox Creek Golf Club took place in the summer of 2005. It has become the signature golf course in the area, a jewel for the City of Dieppe, and a dream come true for the LeBlanc family.

Testimonials

Our employees were all impressed from the very beginning when we checked for available dates and up to the final contact with your team when tournaments or event organizers sometime fail to see their commitments through.

Everything, from the owner's commitment to excellence right up to the personal greeting when dropping off the golf clubs, is both natural and impressive.

I am happy to say that all of our experiences have been near-perfect. Now, if you could only have a say in determining the weather, I could provide even better comments.

Your team scored nothing but aces on my scorecard. Keep up the good work - "Pride is an excellent source of motivation."
